We are located in The Boulevard Professional Building at 1600 West Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne Florida.

Our office is in Suite 201, upon arrivial for your appointment you may use the elevator located in the first floor lobby or there are stairs located at each end of the building.

1. Arrive at Suite 201

2. Use arrows to scroll and find Mosaic Counseling,

then press the phone button to call.

You will either be greeted or buzzed in.

3. Have a seat in lobby, your counselor/therapist

will greet you at appointed time.
